Forestay

I am ready to order a roller furling system for my 1979 37c. I measured the forestay diameter to be 5/16-inch. The clevis pin at the deck to be 7/16-inch. I need to confirm the mast clevis diameter.Ismy rigging standard? Should I expect my mast head clevis diameter to be 7/16-inch?

I have never looked at your boat but might erroniously presume it was and then what???..measure it then you'll be sure.JB
