On my b367 I am getting a lot of water already in moderate seas. The sealing seems to be okay. Any ideas similar problems?

Hard to say with the little detail you provide. Maybe you could tell us what type of hatch it is and where you think the water may be coming from. There are several possibilities, I would look at the gasket and handle or latch fitting first. Maybe have someone outside the hatch spray a hose while you stay inside and look for leaks.
I had water coming in the u-bolt fitting for my baby stay, right in front of the foreward hatch. I also had a loose screw on the rear hatch hinge allowed water to get by. Then I had water coming in the deck mounted cable fittings. I also had water coming in the chain plates. I also get water coming in the opening ports that get dirt buildup. After 2 years of chasing leaks I am leak free!!
