Schwartz Commodore Club Beneteau of Florida S/V Oc 400 Mystiko BENETEAU FLORIDA RENDEZVOUS INVITATION Beneteau Sailboat Owners are cordially invited to attend and participate in the first Annual Club Beneteau of Florida state wide Beneteau Rendezvous. This inaugural state wide Rendezvous will be held this year at Marina Del Mar in Key Largo, Florida and is scheduled for the weekend of March 18, 19, 20, 2005. Beneteau USA representatives, dealer support, special guest speakers and seminars, in addition to the fun, sun & games will make this a memorable and not to be missed statewide Beneteau Rendezvous! Door Prizes, Hats, Burgees, Tee-Shirts etc… Confirmations for slips & hotel rooms must be in to us not the hotel by January 15, 2005. Or the slips WILL BE GONE! It is first come, first served as far as slips and rooms go! Rooms are available for those that can not sail in. Rooms are being priced at a group rate for our rendezvous at $159.00. The alternative for those not wanting to dock in the marina would be to anchor out or raft up at Rodriquez Key (a mile away) and dingy into the marina. Our Fleet Captain believes he would be able to set up a special tender service to shuttle us back and forth as needed. He will also determine the best location to set anchor as we move closer to our rendezvous. Parties and/or meetings will be held under a Tiki Hut and there is a restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina. Activities abound in the Key Largo area, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, small boat rentals, glass bottom boat, casino cruise, parasailing, you name it’s there…. Of course, the famous laid back “Keys” atmosphere is always there too! Schedule of events: Friday evening welcome cocktail party & Hors d'oeuvres, then dinner -- Saturday morning; breakfast, guest speakers, seminars, Sat. afternoon; lunch, fun, games, activities, mini private boat show with dealer boat/s. Sat. evening; party and dinner, presentations, Sunday morning check out, sail out or stay for as long as you like. Remember – we have only a couple of more days to book rooms and slips.
