Flooring options?

Hello,

My 1979 Hunter 27 is in need of a new wood floor. When I bought my Hunter, it didn't come with the wooden floor because it looked like the cabin had about an inch of water in it at one point and the original owner had to tear it up. I know that the boat had a wooden floor because I can see all the holes where it was mounted it to the fiberglass and a wooden floor (teak) was standard for my Hunter. Anyways, I'm looking to put in a new wooden floor (or wood like material) and I am looking for options/suggestions. Teak/holly are super expensive so I would like to find a substitute if possible. So does anyone know any good flooring solutions?

Thanks for the help,
-Stollo770

The possibilities are endless. Start with premium quality marine plywood. You could then cover it with LonSeal for that Taek/Holly look at a substantial savings. I've also heard of using linoleum floor tiles or vinyl flooring from Home Depot or Lowes.
