I bought a 45CC Hunter last year. It has flex teek. I'm told that it requires no maintenance. Trying to verify that or find out some things I can do to keep it looking good. Thanks.

From the mfg's web site:

"Most spills will wipe up clean with warm soapy water (e.g. Simple Green cleaner or regular boat soap).
Should there be a slight mark left from a spill, sanding with a sanding block and a piece of 36 or 60 grit
sandpaper and following the “grain” of the deck will remove remaining marks. When sanding, use a slow
methodical technique applying only gentle pressure as sanding too fast or too hard could heat the
Flexiteek and potentially darken it.
The best method of cleaning Flexiteek is to use a power washer. Depending upon its strength, you
can put the nozzle within 6” of the Flexiteek.
DO NOT subject your Flexiteek deck to any excessive heat or harsh chemicals and treat your Flexiteek
deck as you would a normal teak deck. Acetone or other solvents must NEVER be used as a cleaner. If
they come in contact with your Flexiteek deck, clean them up immediately as they might soften and ruin the
deck material. Rinse spills as soon as possible.
DO NOT use a machine/mechanical sander.
DO NOT oil, varnish, or lacquer your Flexiteek, as this will reduce the non-slip qualities of the material.
The deck may change its color because of the outside conditions somewhat over time; a light sanding may
restore some of its original color if so desired.
Flexiteek can become hot when in direct sunlight on a warm day although only the portion in the direct
sunlight may be hot. The areas in the shade will more than likely still be cool and wetting the deck
immediately reduces its temperature. Boat shoes may be required to comfortably walk on the deck in the
direct sunlight under some circumstances.
Flexiteek is manufactured to resemble real wood, therefore there are variations in color and graining in each
deck just as there would be with real wood
