Lots
I just installed one on my boat a 26.5, and it really makes a differences. First you need a halyard and shackle, then a means of running it. I had a friend of mine climb my mast. I also had a pulley set up above my forestay ready to go. You'll need a deck organizer preferable the 3 pulley kind cause if you do what I did it will leave one open for future use. I also bought 40 feet of line for the tack which I run back to the cockpit. You should have line stoppers. I just bought a lewmar 3 line stopper. You need 3 pulleys. One at the base of the mast, and two in the rear of the boat for the sheets. You need two sheets probable 50 feet. Basically be ready to dump 3/4 of the money you already spent on the sail. Again. But its worth it. I really needed something for down wind, and it really is easy to fly. Make sure you get a sock. Tacking this thing is a bit tricky. I have yet been able to gybe smoothly. I just need to practice.Chhers TJ
