As Vic said, the part you need is # 21.
To everyone BUT Jabsco, it's called a flapper valve because, while it does serve as a gasket, it has cutout with a tongue in it...the tongue is weighted to allow it to "flap" open when water is pushed through it, then fall back into place. It's a kind of one-way valve. In fact, flapper valves were originally used in most, if not all, marine toilet discharge fittings...the forerunner of the joker valve. I managed to find photos of both the Jabsco "top valve gasket" version and a Raritan flapper valve on a retailer's list of toilet repair parts. http://www.ess-kayyards.com/catalog/page23.html They didn't bother to take the Jabsco out its plastic bag to shoot it, so it's not as easy to see as the Raritan--which, btw, if about 2/3 down the page. I've never head of the retailer till I tripped over 'em in a Google search, so I dunno how good their prices are.Now that you know what the part looks like, you should be able to find it on the drawing for any toilet that uses one, and then go to the parts list to find out what they call it.Btw...flapper valves come in a lot of different versions for use in various industries. You can see a somewhat different version of one in the bottom of your household toilet flush water tank...and another is out of sight in a household toilet discharge line.
