Looking for recommendations on Flag/Burgee halyard cleats to mount on shrouds. Will need to support a radar reflector on one side and a series of flags/burgees on the other.
Mounting suggestions welcome, don't want rust on shrouds.

there are a few brands of shroud cleats available. type it into your browser and take your pick.. I use them for tying off lines and halyards when not in use, but for the burgee halyard, I have a small block connected to the starboard spreader, and another block connected to the ring in my shroud cleat, with an endless loop of line run thru them... I clip my burgee on and hoist away... if the line is tight enough, the flags dont need to be cleated, as they will remain in any position you want them in...

I *tried* to buy 'em at WN; but the threestores I went to didn't have but one between 'em! AND,at near $24 per for a wee bit of stamped s.s sheetmetal, it irked me some.
I ended up with a pair of 3" black plastic horn cleats form Atwood??? for about $4 and simply grooved the back/base and tightlylashed them with leech line to the shroud. :D

As needs must on a budget ;)

I have a continuous loop and tie a couple half hitches to the shroud. Once in a great while, i have to slide them down and tighten. The stbd side is usedfor a burgee so it gets used more often...
