I recently installed cockpit speakers. I did my best to fish the speaker wires using a fish tape (great device). However, I couldn't get them all the way from the stereo at the DC panel to the cockpit without some length showing. Anybody have any tips on a clean path and method for fishing? Thanks.

Double the "fishing"
When I tried to run the wires and cables through my 260 from the DC panel to the mast I found the wire tube installed by Hunter wasn't clear, so I had to fish them. I spent two hours trying to find a clear path for the fish tape, when my partner decided we should try fishing from each of the two openings towards the other. Eureka! Within about 3 minutes our tapes touched and caught each other, and we carefully pulled one while feeding the other until we had a path fished through the entire way - with a 30 degree angle about 2/3rds the way through I might add.
