Fischer Panda Generator in a Hunter 380?

I would like to put a Fischer Panda 4200 Generator in a 1999 Hunter 380. Has anyone had any experience with this model in a 380? I'd like to place it in the starboard locker at the swimming platform. Is there enough room there to do this? Will I have enough room to service it?Also, someone has advised me that I should consider a "muffler" box that would separate the exhaust gas and water (requiring an extra through hull) and provide a quieter exhaust. Has anyone done this with success?

Fischer Panda

I have a Panda on my 410. Fits nicely into the starboard locker. I'm 6'2 so anything located in these lockers is a pain to service. But the panda has access ports built into the sound cover so its pretty easy to service. The muffler box you describe I believe is standard on the Panda. I have a "wet exhaust" below the water line and a "dry exhaust" above the water line. No one will complain in a tight anchorage about having your genset running.
