I have a Fischer Panda 8 kW Generator, and need to know what coolant is recomended for it.

I would contact the mfg of your unit. The manual may be out of date. Yanmar only recommended green anti-freeze back when they mfg the GM series of engines. They changed their instructions in later years and changed to Dex-cool extended life.
