First38 rusted keel bolts

I am about to renew all of them (14) as the rust is excessive to bolt's head and space rings which I believe used to be 4mm.
This time I will go stainless.
I would really be obliged if anyone could provide or point me where to ask for the relevant Ben document with torque max-min and the order of tightening them.

Contact Ward Richardson at BeneteauUSA. He can provide you with a copy of Beneteau's technical bulletin including a schedule of torque values. You will have to speak with him, or Todd, anyway to obtain the proper keel bolts so one or the other of them can direct you to the technical bulletins, or email them to you, directly. If you wish to take a chance posting your email address, I can forward copies of the documents to you although they were previously posted in another thread on this site if you can perfect the "search" function (although that is not easy and can be quite frustrating). FWIW...

Thank you both for all info provided.
I am just back from the yard with the keel well in place.
I managed to borrow a torque meter so the job was a piece of cake.
And yes, I usually participate in most YCG races.
Actually my club is next to them (same port).

That is really interesting because I am almost certain that my keel bolts are stainless steel, are OEM, and they are threaded into a cast iron keel.

This document speaks of "galvanic corrosion" of the S/S bolts.
However, the real threat is the "crevice" one as can be seen here http://coxengineering.sharepoint.com/Pages/Crevice.aspx
In fact I was prepared to go S/S but seeing this and the recomendation of a yearly check I went for galvanised steel.
