Hi all,

I just wanted personal advice and opinions on this yacht within those years. I would love to year your personal experience with them, known build issues, etc.. Any and all information (personal) would be great appreciated!!

Since no one else has replied, I've got a 1992 Beneteau 38s5, and love it....but don't know how comparable it is to the 42s7.

Yours is a couple years newer than mine as I own a FIRST42...and she points like a hound-dog and feels like shes running on tracks... and if you have the balls to turn it lose in a 20 knot breese, she'll make you a believer in God.

Hey Sunworshipper, I am sailing hull number 11 in Annapolis MD. I just joined and see it has been a while since you posted this question so I don't know if you are still active. If so I hope to hear from you. I have been sailing our 42s7 since 95 and I can say it is the best sailing boat I have ever sailed.
