still looking London
Hi all, I'm looking at a First 375 and strangely it seems to only have two flexible water tanks under the salon seating. I'm assuming that this is not standard and that originally there would have been built-in or at least solid tanks - but where would they have been?

I also need a replacement stainless pulpit, does anyone out there know where I could obtain one or could recommend somewhere that could make one to order that's made one before, i.e. wouldn't need to measure up on the boat? I'm in Grenada but would import from the US or wherever - Beneteau don't have one, I've already checked, they're also very expensive from Beneteau.

Thanks!

My first 375 has solid tanks under the salon seating so it looks like for some reason a previous owner took out the original tanks. Hmm I bet the new tanks are lighter if maybe more leak prone..

This is a French boat, and there's no evidence that there were ever solid tanks fitted, no bolt holes or damaged fibreglass etc. - seems a bit strange that the boat would have had flexible tanks as standard though (although the current ones plainly aren't very old so are at least recent replacements). JohnShannon, what are your tanks made of, are they fibreglass and built into the hull or removable? Thanks!

I haven't looked to closely, but sure seemed to be fiberglass built in, I think my boat is French.

I should be at the boat sometime in the next week so I will take a look when I get there.

The brochure says there is one 105 gallon freshwater tank.

The syselios system is useless and the manual isn't much help.

Pretty sure it is 25mm, I bought a Kiwiprop for mine so when I get to the boat next will try to find the docs.

Found the papers on the prop, so far it hasn't fallen off so it looks like they got it right.

Shaft is 25mm with a 1:10 taper and looks like the nut holding it together is M16x1.5
