FIREWORKS!!!

General question. What do your harbors do for fireworks for the 4th of July Holiday.Tonight, 7/3, in downtown Chicago, in Monroe Harbor (right in-between Navy Pier and Shedd Aquarium) they are going to have one of the most awesome fireworks display you've ever seen. The Chicago Symphony Orchestra will also be coordinating with the fireworks.AND, best of all, our boat is moored right in Monroe Harbor where all the action is. It just doesn't get any better!!Have a safe and sound 4th!!S/V "Never Say Never"

Fireworks tonight

Tonight we are going to anchor on the Hudson River, by Haverstraw NY and watch the Show.Last Friday they had them up at Bear Mt. but I was unaware they were having them. I was out sailing with my wife and we kept seeing all these boat heading up the river. Usually on a weekday evening there is not much traffic and I thouth it strange. It wasn't unitl I had to drive home through all the traffic that I found out where all the boats were going.
