I finally got to start getting to the boat today,drove in from Florida saturday and did the family stuff over the holiday weekend. It was great being back in NY and see all our family,but today was time spent getting the boat ready. I used my new makita 9227 today and what a great machine and time saver and first time for me doing the polishing of the boat. I did the first application today with collinite's 920 marine boat cleaner which did a great job,my boat is a 2007 and did not need compounding,the hull looked so good that it looks like it was already waxed. Tomorrow I will do the polishing with Finesse It II,can't wait to see how great it will look,and than collinite 885. Nick
