Fin Keel vs. Wing Keel - which is better?

I get the whole wing keel thing for the 22's and 250's (no more swing keel), but for a 32foot or larger boat (with the intention of being sailed in deep water), wouldn't a fin be better?

Tell me. I need to know

A simple yes. Zero advantages and several negatives for a wing keel other than less draft. I know, I know, old 12 meters. But they were a completely different animal with a hull shape different than anything made today, and had arcane rule restrictions on what was allowed.
