I have a 1979 hunter 30 with a Yanmar 12 ,How many filters is necessary.I have a old perko i want to remove it and just use the filer on the motor. Coments?

Bad idea. Short cuts usually not wise given the cost of a new engine. Install one which includes a water filter with a 30 micron element as the primary and something smaller, usually 2-10 micron, depending on which manufacturer you believe, for the secondary.
