Quite true, FRAM makes oil filters but unfortunately not for your engine. The filter on the Y engines is the little "T" handle on the front of the engine. rotate it once in a while and that is what cleans it. To get you the proper belt, we would have to know the engine model. There is usuall a tag riveted to the engine on the bell adapter for the reversing gear. When looking at the front of the engine, it is just behind the large round part that keeps you from seeing it. The lettering is quite large and, if you can't get your head in the right place, it can easily be seen with a mirror. The fuel filters are the same and can be obtained from Diesel Direct.
