I am pulling to gether a database on fiberglass composite materials, 1/8"=3" sheets and slabs that can be used for structural repairs replacing wood or plywood. Such material can be used for knees, bulkheads, stringers, floors, etc. without ever having to worry about rot. After pulling this together, I will post it for everyone. It will include physical properties, sizes, costs, and contacts. Please send me your favorite materials or material suppliers of composite materials. Comments on ease of use, durability etc. are especially welcome. Harry

Looks like pretty good stuff to me. Check out web site. I have some mods to do to my Citation 35.5, this is what I'm using. Klegcell site has all tech data in pdf format. Compatable with West System Epoxy. ;D

Wealth of Data at this site!!!

Just one more link I found very interesting http://www.boatdesign.net/Directory/Designers/Design_Articles/ has articles on core deck and hull materials as well as design info. Just the www.boatdesign.net contains a formidable wealth of info.
