I am planing on replacing my full length cockpit bimini (Cat30) with one made from honeycomb fiberglass and was wondering if any one has attempted doing this and would share results. I am also considering relocating the rear split stay to the top of the new bimini using the rear vertical support poles as fastening points as well as a location for my dingy davit.
