i am fed up with the fuling system flush deck continous loop can i convert to above deck normal system?

Kwilder, there is a boat in our Marina that has converted their furler and it works very well.

What seems to be the problem?
loop type furlers work fine when properly set up and maintained.

loop keeps jumping off furler usually more on downwind legs
cant seem to keep the under housing lined up
very awkward to adjust or fix
