I need to drop a new wire down the mast for my white mast light - as the old one has decided to die for some reason - after only 30 years - how rude! If anyone has had to do this and can offer advise I'd really appreciate it. There doesn't seem to be any electric access points in the mast and I suspect the wiring in the ceiling was just sandwiched in between the cap and iner lining. I guess Catalina thought it wouldnever break.. however not many other electrical devices come with a 30 year warranty so I guess I should count my blessings so much stuff still works!.. I'm hoping I dont have to remove the mast - but I guess it may come to that - oh well..another learning experience.. Thanks in advance...
