Nice that Phil has come up with a replacement so quickly. We have a faucet like that in our galley, but with a higher spout, and I find those triangular handles appalling. With wet hands, they are a bear to turn. Because access is limited for replacement, I've learned to live with it. One of our skippers, who is a plumber, swapped his out first thing, for a faucet with flat handles, like you see in hospital grade faucets. You might want to consider something else for a replacement if this is an issue for you. Phil probably has other faucets that can be used as replacements.
I replaced all my faucets with single handle household type. One of the best improvements. Easier to mix the super hot and cold water.

I did the same. It makes 110 percent more sense ...in fact, most sailboat, manufacturers, Hunter included, are following suit. Try mixing temps when your heeling...not so easy. The original faucet was of good quality and I sold it $50 to a motor boater on Craigslist to help cover the cost of the new faucet.
I got mine on Amazon for about $80 (Grohe 32 643 001 Eurosmart Centerset Lavatory Less Drain, StarLight Chrome). Some slight modifying to the counter hole was required.

I went with Whale Faucets...
Very nice high quality single lever ceramic cartridge style so no more washers to replace. Well made and fit in and covered the existing holes. Biggest difficulty was getting the old ones out.

Bought them through Defender Marine.There are shower, vanity and sink versions. I had to call Defender to get the product number on the shower version but they got it for me.
