I have had problems getting equipment / parts from Pacific Seacraft to repair my boat that was damaged in Hurricane Katrina. These parts were ordered by the shipyard back in March and have yet to be shipped. Is anyone else experiencing these problems? Any suggestions who I should be dealing with out there to expedite delivery? I had always worked with Don Kohlmann but have not had any decent service since he left.
