Whew! At the moment there is a high pressure system hanging over Oahu
and there is no wind at all. Just as well because we aren't quite
ready to cast off. We should be departing Honolulu for the Rendezvous
at Lopez Island on Thursday. Laura just got around to posting her log

Anyone have any advice on how to clean vinyl windows?
I vaguely remember a home remedy that I used on our
old dodger that not only cleaned the vinyl, but took
away some of the yellowing that comes with age!

We plan to spend about two months cruising Puget Sound then head South
Down the coast. No firm plans for stops along the way yet but we will
try to drop in to visit friends along the way wherer possible. I'll
be posting from the Rendezvous.

I am so jealous. I wish I was heading somewhere again. Sigh.



Would someone please give me, or point me to, the particulars about the PNW
rendezvous at Lopez? I changed machines and went to Outlook 2007 and haven't
imported all my email from the old system yet.

We wish you clear sailing. Let us know if you will be stopping
anywhere near San Francisco on your way south. It would be fun to plan

Chuck, don't know if you've left yet. If so I guess you'll read this when
you hit the mainland. We're in Crescent City. It's the most northern port on
the California coast. It's also the only one between Pudget Sound and San
Francisco without a bar at the entrance. Looking forward to seeing you. Walt
