I came across these two quotes this morning and it energized me to generate this post...
Your right, your decision, your choice.

“Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain—and most fools do.”

“A nation of well-informed men (and women), who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them, cannot be enslaved.”

No heroics here. I am landlocked so I drove my car to my first meeting and dropped off my completed ballot on the way. No lines here. Lots of Poll watchers.

I Voted and we have to show photo ID. If you don't have a photo ID, you can still vote, but it is held for 5 days until you can get a valid photo ID.

Photo voter ID's are provided free by the State of Mississippi. In fact, they will pick you up and take you to get a Photo ID, free of charge.
My state's Photo ID law has never been challenged in the courts, since 2012.

Mississippi's law is the model Photo ID law, as it casts off the dark images of its past.

As with most States, no proof of USA citizenship is required, but we are working on that too.;)

Proud Mississippi Voter...

Leaving in a few minutes to go vote. Curious what voter number I'll be in my rural town.

The wife and I voted early last week. And like my dad used to say "If you don't vote, you can't complain!"

I was # 435 voting at 5:00. Usually am about 180 in previous elections.

Not sure that’s the way it is supposed to go. But different strokes for different folks.

I’m watching for the dead vote.
