Excited about my new boat.. a 1983 Hunter 20...got her for a couple hundred bucks and she is cleaning up nicely though she has alot of things that need attention. Just want to say i am impressed with the quality I am seeing so far in her construction and am looking forward to sailing her with my two boys. We live in Sarasota, Florida and my previous sailing experience was mostly with a Buccaneer 18 which was a lot faster boat than this Hunter but it had no cabin. As I am a newbie to the Hunter I am glad that this forum is available to me so i can more familiarize my self with this brand. Sop far so good and I also look forward to reading posts about owners and their Hunters who are also in this category of smaller vessels.
