I'm going to be working outside the UK for the forseeable future and
am therefore putting Vega 1733(Sula) up for sale.
Sula has been through a major refit over the last 2 years.
Repowered this season with a Beta BZ482 13.5 HP diesel engine and
fitted with a wind generator, wind vane steering and SSB radio this
Vega is in excellent condition.
All gas has been removed from the boat and replaced with a Taylors
Parrafin cooker and Taylors Paraffin cabin heater.
I'm looking for £12500 for the boat which is a bargain considering
her condition and inventory.
A huge amount of money has been spent on this boat over the last 2
years.
Sula is currently lying on a pontoon mooring at Troon (25 miles south
of Glasgow) on the West coast of Scotland.
I bought Sula in Liverpool and had her transported by road up to
Troon by a guy with considerable experience in hauling Vegas.
He has transported many Vegas, so moving Sula to any part of the UK
could be done safely and at a reasonable price.
