Ericson 28-2 Fuel system

Have just acquired a 1989 Ericson 28-2. While checking all systems, for the life of me I can't find the fuel gauge. Any ideas?

On our 28+ it was on the instrument panel with the tac. and ammeter. They are easy enough to add if you don't have one.

No experience with your boat, but my 1988 O’Day 322 has a Direct read gauge mounted on the tank. Hard to read since it is mounted in the bottom of the lazarette.

It might be a yard stick if the fill is directly over the tank.
