Does anyone have a recommendation for EPIRB Cat1 or Cat 2 for offshore ?

ACR or Ocean Signal are good brands. Not much if any difference. Both brands are owned by the same company. Which color do you prefer, yellow or greenish yellow?

We have the ACR brand .They have been excellant in getting our units battery replaced and back to us in very little time .
I think it's money well spent . Kind of like a fire extinguisher ..I want the best there is ...which I hope to never have to use
