For those that have suffered from this design flaw in the 361 and other Beneteau boats, this was my solution for the tangling of the mainsail sheet and preventer lines with the Cowl Ventilator. In the past entaglement during a gibe resulted in the loss of one ventilator. I used a strip of thermo plastic that was shaped as an arch and secured to the cowl ventilator top with two nylon screws. Because the plastic strip is pushed against but not fastened to the deck, the cowl can rotated and is still protected against entangling. Hope it helps someone Jose
