THERE IS A PLYWOOD BULKHEAD SEPERATING THE ENGNE SPACE FROM MY FUEL TANK IS THIS NORMAL. PO HAS REPLACED FUEL TANK. FUEL SENDER DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK AND THIS SEEM THE BEST WAY TO GET AT THE TANK.
