Hello: We have a Beneteau 343, 2006, Yanmar 3GM30, 500 Hours.
I have recently noticed what appears to be more engine vibration than there used to be. This also transfers to the shaft and is now causing the packing box to leak.
I cannot find information from Beneteau or Yanmar. Can anyone offer guidance and or advice please.

Check the prop for missing or bent blade .......check prop for large clam shell clamped on to one of the blades, Been there done that.....check coupling at transmission and shaft...motor mounts are now bottoming .... Next to always try run engine in it's sweet spots

If you can shake the prop (yes i know it is cold....) and there is significant play then it is time to replace the cutlass bearing. You cannot do this in the water of course. You will have to live with it until the next lift out.
