Does anyone know where to get a electric solenoid to convert from cable for the engine shut down?

Radio Shack?

Try Radio Shack. They seem to have everything (except the 2amp fuses for my phone charger). Or maybe they can. at least order it for you.

Not for nothing, but-----

Why would you want to replace a perfectly functional, simple, foolproof system with something that would most likely be prone to failure? Is it that tough to pull that stop knob?
