The July issue of Sail magazine has a helpful hint in it's "Things That Work" feature. A reader re-routed the crankcase breather tube on his C-30 Universal 25 to exit into the air intake instead of the bilge. He claims this drastically reduced the Diesel smell in the cabin. I'm trying it this weekend!
