Engine controls

Hi, I just bought a 1985 first 305 and needs replacement for the throttle and fwd/rev lever. It is in bad shape and the fwd/rev cable is broken. Also the engine stop cable needs replacement, but in my boat it is located inside the toilet area is that correct?
Please advice if it is possible to purchase the owners manual.
