The last job on full restoration of our 1971 Catalina 27 (hull 15!) is to replace the engine control/fore n aft lever. The engine is a gasoline 2 cylinder ALBIN and the control unit is a MORSE unit. It is a single lever unit mounted vertically on the starboard side of the cockpit. It has a pull-out pin for forward and reverse selection just ahead of the throttle lever and on its inside it has two levers which attach to the new exact replacement control cables. The original unit is chrome and in very poor condition and we would like to replace it. What replacement do I need and where can we get it? Thanks! Your assistance is appreciated!
