Engine Bed

The bolts that hold the engine bed to the boat are loose. On the port side their is an access cover that exposes the nuts. On the starboard side I do not see any access and the nuts are turning behind the fiberglass. Has anyone run into this problem and if so how did you fix it?

34 Engine bed

My 34 has lag bolts which became loose Replaced them with slightly larger. Would much rather have bolted beds
