Emergency Tiller on 92' 310 First

Recently purchased a 1992 310 First. Now doing spring commissioning. Can't find an emergency tiller on board. I see the cockpit insertion point, but no tiller seems to be on board. Cant' find any documentation on this topic. Is this OEM equipment or must I purchase it myself. Any hints or help would be appreciated.

My previous Beneteaus' came with an emergency tiller although on my last two they didn't look like one. On the 38 it looked like a T bar made out of tubular steel stock. The 42 has more of a curved handle made out of steel. Maybe the PO didn't know its use and trashed it?

Probably easier to have one made and then you can make it long enough (handle) to get the leverage you need.
