Emergency tiller cover

Is there a cover made for the emergency tiller? That thing is constantly banging my legs when changing helm control over.

If your rudder head is like mine, I know what you mean, it has a three inch extension forwrd which can catch your toes. I see Catalina direct has a replacement rudder head which is much lower profile which you might consider:
