My first 285 is acting up. I have only had her a year and there are some old issuue I need to finally address.. The bilge pump bolws afuse when running, the alarm sounds when I put the cabin lights on and the depth finder does not seem to have power. Could these be related or do you think they are isolated issues.

Check the grounds.. Measure the resistance between the ground wire on the bilge pump, and the -ve battery terminal.. If its more than a couple of ohms, then check to see why.. Could be a lot of separate problems, but check battery terminals are tight, and no loose connections behind fuse panel or on battery isolator switches. first. Sounds like a fun winter project
