I'm looking for some suggestions or ideas on trouble shooting wiring problems and understanding W"Wago" switches. Some interior lights work, some do not, recently all nav lights have stopped working.

Gary, Get in touch with Beneteau, they should be able to provide you with a wiring diagram for the 321. The WAGO blocks aren't really switches, they're just terminal blocks where the power is distributed and the switches tie into the system. It goes something like this: 1) The feed from the batteries goes to bus bars that are next to and feed the switches. 2) When you flip a switch to ON, you feed the line from the switch to a terminal on the WAGO block. 3) That terminal will be connected to one or more output terminals on the WAGO block, to which the line to the user is connected. For example, the NAV lights have two lines (forward light & aft light), each with two wires. That's 4 wires coming into the WAGO. The 2 positive wires are connected to two terminals on the WAGO that are fed by the one supply wire coming from the NAV LIGHT switch. the other 2 wires go to the common ground part of the WAGO. Sounds like you might have some issues with the wiring between the WAGO and the users (at least with the cabin lights). The NAV light problem could be a feed problem between the switch and the WAGO. I would start by checking continuity between the switches and the WAGO, then keep moving through each circuit until you find the problem. It doesn't sound like a shorting problem as you didn't mention popped breakers. It could be as simple as corrosion where the wires go into the WAGO as well. Pull each wire out, clean it and reinsert in the WAGO and that should solve it if that's the case. hope that helps! Tim _/)
