Electrical Panel Ideas for C-27

I want to move the electrical panel and switch to a drier and more convenient location. Where have other's located theirs. Pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Not too many other places. What are your ideas?

Like you, I got tired of the panel on the floor getting wet. I built a new panel and mounted it near my AC plug in the forward part of the pilot berth.(traditional layout). I drilled a hole in the liner forward of the 'box' and remounted my batteries under the pilot berth with fuses on the bulkhead under the settee. The battery switch is mounted on the forward face of the panel box.

That's my dilemma. I was considering giving up some of the shelf space under the window on either the port or starboard side.
I had also considered the companion way bulkhead on the starboard side.
