Electric Winch

How do you turn on DC power to the winch. I turned on circuit breaker located behind aft cabin door entrance. No power. What am I missing?

On my boat the only switch is the circuit breaker. Are you sure you truned on the winch and not the windless?

My 326 has a circuit breaker below nav table followed by a Windlass Switch on electrical panel.
