Trying to hook up wind dir/spd indicator. The bottom left breaker is the only unlabeled but it looks like something is connected to it. All others are full except the bottom right that has a fuse screwed into it. Any advice?

I would

try to determine what is connected to that unlabelled circuit breaker. You can probably use any circuit breaker as long as all the devices on the breaker don't exceed its amperage. As a precaution I would also install an inline fuse near the new device that is the recommended amperage for it (check the instructions).

Paul, looks like I'll be sharing with the depth finder, after installing the fuse. Will try to trace back the wires from the unmarked breaker for the next gizzmo.
