I'm not having any luck locating the small screw in bulbs used on electrical panels to indicate power to A/C line 1, line 2, gen, & the reverse polarity indicators.
I've an early 80's Pearson, but I've seen them on Irwins, Morgans & Gulfstars of that vintage.
Bulbs are 1/4" diameter metal base, cylindrical, very nearly an inch long, with a fine thread (4 threads) and a single contact on the base. I believe they are 110 v a/c.
I've tried every electrical & electronic wholesaler in the Bronx & Providence area & no one has even seen them before.
Any thoughts, other than rewire the panel for modern bulbs.
Sorry for the lousy pics, I'm no good @ macro.
Thanks
Andrew

Andrew,

For years the electric panels in most Pearsons were made by Bass Products. Look for a tag on the back of the panel. If so, they can probably send you new bulbs. I got some from them just last August for my 1987 Pearson.

I contacted them through there web site and they answered after several days.

You could also try

topbulb.com, donsbulbs.com, ledtronics.com. Also Peter Kennedy was real helpful when I was doing a new panel for my P-34 last winter http://www.pkys.com/.
