Electric bilge pump

Bought this Cat27 last year that came with a manual bilge pump. I'd like to install an electric bilge pump with an automatic float swith. Any input (on where to install each piece especially the hose run) would be appreciated. I'm installing a Rule 5 yr 2000 GPH with a super switch as a main in auto and a 3700 gph as a back-up with a manual switch. Of course I also have a 13 GPM hand pump with a 72" hose.

one option

On my old 27 I just "T"ed the pump into the manual pump hose and installed a one way valve. You can use either pump you want, but if the electric is maximizing the capacity of the hose diameter then you won't be able to use the manual pump at the same time. Richard
