easylock rope clutches

i just purchased new easylock clutches, no hardware included. do i have to take the covers off to get to bolts into them, one bolt hole is acessable but the other is not. any clues. thanks jim

I guess i need to be clearer about the easylock clutches, the aft part of the clutch is open,as to drop a ss bollt into it but the forward part of the clutch is obstructed by the opperating parts of the clutch. has any one had any experience with this.

I can only relate my experience with SpinLock clutches. I had to rotate the top lever into an odd angle to allow access to the forward bolt holes on them. Hope that helps!
