early model hunter 25 design

I've been looking at older Hunter 25's and I've noticed that some of the 1974's that I've found on the web have a sleek design to them. The cabin seems to be more streamlined. However, I've also foung some that are the same year but the cabin seems to be raised up more. Anyone know why there is a difference in design?

Racing and cruising versions

I think the sleek design was the original racing shape. The boxier cabin for cruising headroom came shortly thereafter.DavidLady Lillie
